Arada London’s The Clarendon Works achieves WELL Core Platinum certification

Arada London’s award-winning project, The Clarendon Works in Hertfordshire, has been awarded WELL Core Platinum certification by the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI) – one of the world’s highest standards for health, wellbeing and sustainability in the built environment.

The certification recognises The Clarendon Works as one of only a handful of projects in the UK to achieve this prestigious benchmark. It reflects Arada London’s commitment to creating workplaces that prioritise people, from advanced fitness and wellness facilities to environments that enhance comfort, performance and productivity.

Part of Arada London’s growing portfolio of recurring-revenue assets, The Clarendon Works sets a new standard for sustainable and human-centred design. The achievement also marks another key milestone in Arada London’s ambition to deliver world-class workplaces that strengthen its portfolio and diversify the company’s sources of growth.

Paul Eden, Co-Founder, Arada London said:

“Achieving WELL Core Platinum is a significant endorsement of our design philosophy. At Arada London, we are focused on developing buildings that not only perform efficiently but also promote the health and wellbeing of everyone who uses them.”

The WELL certification system is based on rigorous criteria across areas including air and water quality, light, fitness, comfort and mental wellbeing – making it one of the most comprehensive global standards for human health in buildings.
